Dan Gilbert Buys Another Building In Capitol Park
Forgive us for thinking of that “All the things!” meme, but Dan Gilbert’s folks are back at it buying more buildings. This time, a former sound studio in Capitol Park where they already own five buildings. This will make their sixth. Compared to some of the other purchases Gilbert has made, this one is relatively small in size (and so is the building) which last listed for $750,000.
