Norma G’s Cuisine is opening its first brick and mortar location in the Jefferson-Chalmers neighborhood on Tuesday.
Owner and chef Lester Gouvia started Norma G’s as a food truck in 2015.
The Caribbean restaurant is the first sit-down, full service restaurant to open in the Jefferson-Chalmers neighborhood in 30 years.

In addition to food, there will be a bar that offers beer and liquor, including four specialty cocktails like Al’s Rum Punch and Norma’s Punch.
