This weekend Detroit will be buzzing with a series of free and fun activities thanks to the Detroit Summerfest.
It started Thursday and is running through Saturday evening and will offer extensive opportunities to check in on new food, music, and other sorts of entertainment for all ages at each of downtown’s parks – Grand Circus, Campus Martius, Capitol Park, Cadillac Square, and Paradise Valley Park.
Each year the Detroit Summerfest puts on this weekend series of events to close out the summer with a bang, and this past summer has truly been an exciting one for Detroit with all the new developments and businesses coming to town.
Below is are a few brief highlights I’ve picked out of some of the events to be on the look out for and links directing to the full line up. It is quite extensive.
