A bite of food news. The Jamaican Pot, a popular — well, Jamaican restaurant — originally from Detroit’s Northwest side is opening up a location in the New Center One Building.
That’s according to a Facebook post by the restaurant.
That’s next to the Fisher Building on Grand Boulevard.
The first location is over on 8 Mile a few blocks east of the Lodge.
Offering Jerks and Currys and more with spices from the caribbean island, it’s like a tasty trip without the airfare.
No opening date has been shared.
