It seems hard to believe, but Thanksgiving is just a week away.
If you are still trying to figure out what to do for your Thanksgiving meal I have a suggestion for you.
Chef Thomas Lents will be preparing a Thanksgiving dinner at The Apparatus Room in The Foundation Hotel.
The menu looks spectacular.
The family style meal will feature; turkey breast with pomee puree, roasted chestnuts and giblet gravy, confit turkey leg with fried kale and cranberry gremolata, roasted beet salad with Asian pear, walnut and dandelion pesto, carrots with harissa, figs grains and yogurt. There will also be a selection of sides.
There will also be a caramelized Michigan pumpkin with whole wheat sable and candied cranberry for dessert.
Dinner will be $78 per person and $25 for children under 12.
Seating will be available from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 23.
Reservations are required for Thanksgiving dinner in the dining room of the Apparatus Room. You can book them through Open Table or over the phone 313-915-4422.
Don’t have a reservation for dinner? They will be accepting walk-ins to the bar and lounge area. There will be a limited lounge menu served in the bar and lounge.
