Detroit is best experienced by bike.
Slow Roll has taken Detroit and some of the nation by storm – or, well, by bike.
The ride that attracts 3,000-5,000 people per week and winds through Detroit’s neighborhoods and by our landmarks has become a phenomenon. Now they’re taking it to the next level, not only by showing off the city but partnering with nonprofits and others looking to improve Detroit.
On the patio of Queens Bar, Sven Gustafson sits down with Jason Hall, a co-founder of Slow Roll, and Kelsey Hubbell, their human Swiss army knife, and talk about this truly revolutionary ride and what it’s all about.
