25 Acres In Southwest Detroit Sold, To Become Logistics Center With 228 Jobs
The RACER trust, which was formed to deal with land left over from the General Motors bankruptcy in 2011, has apparently put some more of that land to work. This time, 25 acres in Southwest Detroit, just off of Michigan Avenue.
