The Fight For $15 Movement Protests At Detroit McDonald's
On a rainy Tuesday morning, about 200 fast food employees and political activists gathered outside of a McDonalds in support of a national movement to raise the hourly rate of fast food workers to $15 an hour. The nationwide rally is the combined effort of a group called, Fight for $15, who organized similar rallies in 270 cities across the country, marking the largest collective effort of demonstrations since their start three years ago.
