Multiple charges were filed against Mike Glasgow, the city’s laboratory and water quality supervisor; Mike Prysby, a Michigan Department of Environmental Quality official; and Stephen Busch, the former Lansing district coordinator the DEQ’s Office of Drinking Water and Municipal Assistance.
